Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê (/ˈaʤa/ /ˈvɘtɪ/ [brief] [chair; stool (seat)]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Ko-13nhun Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê was founded by Emdiril Trêyënmë, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê receives an average of 225 cm/y (88 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 3164 m (10380 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê was founded durring the early 15th century in winter of the year 1414, by Emdiril Trêyënmë. The establishment of Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Emdiril Trêyënmë electing to pay people to resettle in Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê.

Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê is buildings are grouped arround an odd layout of narrow paverstone streets, which seems to be based on an overlapping squair patern such that there are small squares at the cornor of every bigger square. Sometimes buildings exist in the smaller squaires, other times they are open spaces, or occupied by temporary structures. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê's minimaly adiquite are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is based upon new and innovative technologies of construction and the idea that form should follow function. It was an embrace of minimalism and a rejection of ornament. The style became characterized by an emphasis on volume, asymmetrical compositions, and minimal ornamentation..

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê was attacked by savage tribes living nearby Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê lost 245 people, 178 livestock, and 88 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 124, when members of Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê's militia enacted an operation to transport a specific war supplies to a particular port unharmed. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the port, which ended in defeat for Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Bèhë-vêtî Fêqê's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
